Phase
1
Seven low-rise residential buildings
surround 6,ooo square metres of gardens and water features.
Appropriately named after trees unique to the region,
the seven buildings are: Tala (small palm), Dalia (vine),
Sendian (oak), Al Zan (beech) Afnan (branches) and Aykah
(A bushy tree). These plants will also characterise the
6000 square metres of rich foliage in the park.

The Square Phase II contains 2 low-rise buildings Al
Raihan and Al Samar, for those who enjoy community
living and working environments with a difference.
